Honey Bourbon Carrots |
INGREDIENTS |

DIRECTIONS |
1 pound carrots |
|
Cut carrots into 1/4 inch-thick diagonals |
2/3 cup water |
|
3 tablespoons butter |
Combine all ingredients in a heavy
bottomed saute pan.
cook over medium-high heat until the carrots are tender and the liquid is
reduced to a glaze.
Takes 10-45 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |

3 tablespoons honey |
