 Honey Bourbon Carrots
INGREDIENTS   DIRECTIONS
1 pound carrots   Cut carrots into 1/4 inch-thick diagonals
2/3 cup water  
3 tablespoons butter Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottomed saute pan.
cook over medium-high heat until the carrots are tender and the liquid is reduced to a glaze.
Takes 10-45 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3 tablespoons bourbon
3 tablespoons honey  
     

NOTE: Serves 4.
